Dr. Jonanna Bryant is currently a nurse consultant for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as well as an adjunct professor for Immaculata University in the Philadelphia, PA area. 

Dr. Bryant received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the College of New Rochelle in 1991. In 2005, she graduated from Cairn University (Philadelphia Biblical University) in 2005 with a Master’s of Science in Bible.

With a passion to teach others, Dr. Bryant returned to school again and attended Walden University. Dr. Bryant received her Master’s of Science in Nursing with a focus in nursing education in 2011 and a doctor of nursing practice in 2016. Dr. Bryant’s published doctoral project is entitled Characteristics of an informal caregiver: An integrative review (click here to download http://scholarworks.waldenu.edu/dissertations/2397/ ).

In 2016, Dr. Bryant started her own company, Nursing with Dr. J. Bryant. As the owner and founder of the company it was her desire to mentor, lead and to provide a service to her community in a variety of avenues.

Dr. Bryant was a conference lecturer on the first organized cruise by Black Nurses Rock, Inc, in August 2016, where she was able to present her doctoral project. Dr. Bryant was called upon again to lecture at Black Nurses Rock, Inc. inaugural convention in October 2016, in which her topic was, "Team Building and Leadership". 

Dr. Bryant resides in Philadelphia and is married to Deland L. Bryant. She looks forward to serving her community and helping our seniors.
